Video Recordings:
For some areas of the community, you may join in with online sessions that are recorded.
User Consent: By joining these online sessions you agree to be recorded and for these sessions to be shared on the community afterwards.
Visibility and Control: Users will have control over the visibility of their video recordings. They can choose to turn their camera and audio off if they desire.
Data Use and Storage: Recorded videos will be used for providing content for educational purposes. These will be embedded in the private community and securely stored.
Posts and Comments:
Our community has public post spaces and the ability to comment on posts. By engaging with and using these options you agree to be compliant with the following.
Anonymity: Users can choose to join the community under a name or a nickname and share as much personal information as they want to when setting up their profile.
Moderation: We encourage users to be respectful and considerate in their comments. Comments are subject to moderation to ensure a safe and positive community environment. We will remove comments that violate our community guidelines or are deemed harmful or offensive.
